At SEVENFRIDAY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your item in its original SEVENFRIDAY box, including all protective stickers, documentation, and the warranty card to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
